Return and Refund Policy

Refunds:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund:
-The item must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received.
-The item must be in its original packaging.
-You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
-The item must be returned to Sarah Nicole's Lash Artistry.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take a some time to be posted to your account.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refunds will not be accepted for discounted items.
Exchanges:
Only damaged or defective items will be replaced. Damaged or defective items can only be replaced with the exact same item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sarah_nicole@live.ca and send your item to: 454 5th Avenue South, Lethbridge Alberta CA T1J 0T5.
Gifts:
Items marked 'GIFT' will only be eligible for refund if they meet all of our refund requirements (see 'Refunds' above). If the item is inspected and does qualify for a refund, a 'GIFT CREDIT' will be emailed to the address you provide.
If the item was not marked 'GIFT' when purchased, the return and refund must be initiated by the original buyer. If found to be eligible, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include any shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
